Jason whirled around to see Gabriella, limp, astonished, watching Troy run off into the setting sun. His face turned from flushed with anger to guilt and remorse. As Jason ran off after Troy, Gabriella found herself wandering off, singing yet again ⌠When There Was Me And You.■ Just a couple days ago Sharpay did kind of mess things up between her and Troy.
⌠I thought you were my fairytale..■ She kept on singing.
Gabriella twirled around the lifeguards chair, and wandered through the kitchen and the locker room. She grasped her bag out of the work locker and stood on the bridge, right in front before you enter Lava Springs. She felt a figure behind her as she stood, looking down at the water.
⌠Gabriella...i▓m sorry you had to see me like that...■
⌠Troy...■ She pressed her body against his in an embrace.
⌠Yeah?■ Troy locked in the embrace, making it almost permanent.

Troy blushed.

Jason had watched from the entrance. He smiled; he didn▓t like to make any of his friends unhappy. He also didn▓t like to see them hurt. Troy held Gabriella close, not wanting to let go. A little while later, Gabriella and Troy went out to the golf course field, out in the middle. They each held a lantern in a hand, in the other was their hands, clamped together like glue. They both tossed their lamps, the heat rising in them to make them float up and fly away. Troy kissed her deeply, and passionately. Gabriella did the same. It went further and further; till they lost their clothes, and maybe their minds.

Gabriella sat up in her lifeguard chair; hovering over the pool making sure everyone followed the rules layed out on a metal poster board nailed to the fence. Taylor snuck over from her job.
⌠So what happened with Troy last night hm?■ She said, teasing.
⌠Well..■ Gabriella leaned over and told Taylor everything. Taylor▓s face light up in surprise, and astonishment.

Meanwhile Chad and Troy were inside working in the kitchen. Jason was dancing while doing dishes as usual and everyone else working on their jobs.
⌠So what did you and Gabriella do after we all left, huh you stud?■ Chad pestered, nudging his elbow into his ribs. Troy jumped at the small sharp pain and looked at him, a little embarrassed. He hoped that Chad could read his body language, since they were both guys and all. Chad▓s eyes lit up in an odd way and he belted out.

Troy rushed out of the kitchen with the catering platter that he needed to take to one of the outside tables near the pool.
