It didn't take everyone too long to adjust to their new lives after graduating high school. It almost seemed like yesterday when

we left our heros (or heroines) Chiyo Mihama, Ayumu Kasuga, Tomo Takino, Koyomi Mizuhara, Sakaki and Kagura to the end of their high school adventures. Now we begin the story with a whole new chapter!

Alarm rings

In the residence of Kasuga, we find a very sleepy Ayumu blinking herself awake as she gets up and looks at her window. It was a beautiful spring day today. The birds were chirping as the sakura blossums shine from the warm sun shine. Grumbles began to sound from Ayumu's mouth as she gently turned her alarm clock off. She got out of bed and started stretching as she walks out of her room and towards her kitchen. She normally likes to start her morning with a bowl of her favorite cereal, 'Honey Munchers'. What usually concerns her the most is that the cereal has little father cat figures inside, but since she's really hungry she didn't really say much.

After she finished her breakfast, she took a shower and got changed in a new school uniform. Ayumu's uniform has the same style as in high school, but in a more different style (The skirt was a forest green and the top an autumn brown). Before she headed out, she decided to make a last minute phone call. It was 8:27a.m. but she knew she only had one friend who she can call this early in the morning. Ayumu reached her cell phone and dialed Chiyo's number.

"Hello?"

"Hey Chiyo-chan, It's me!"

"Oh, Miss Osaka, Good Morning!"

"Good Morning."

"How are you?"

"I'm fine, I just wanted to call to see how ya'll doing over in America."

"Oh, I'm doing okay. I was just about to head to school now, I have an early morning class today."

"Oh, really?"

"Yeah, Even so school here doesn't seem to different from Japan, except the year ranking system."

"Yeah, that's what I figure."

"Well, I have to get going very soon but thank you very much for calling me!'

"Oh, you're welcome. Let me know how things turn out over there."

"Okay, I definitely will!"

"Buh-bye!'

'Good-bye!"

Osaka hungs up the phone and gets ready to head out the door. Before she walks out, she looks at the photograph sitting on the table, near the door. The photograph had all six friends- Chiyo, Herself, Yomi, Tomo, Sakaki, and Kagura-all together from their graduation trip to Magical Land.

Osaka breathes a content sigh before walking out the door.
