Chapter 1: The Night that Goes Wrong
Saint Tail was trying to steal an golden eagle from a man who had stolen it from another man. I have to be quiet. Very quiet. She thought. When she saw the item, she was almost glad that Daiki Asuka wasn't there. She looked for the security signal and she didn't see any. She smiled to herself. "The item is too precious! I have to be careful!" Saint Tail whispered to herself.
The man who stole the eagle saw Saint Tail and he smirked. "Time to get rid of Saint Tail once and for all." He says, chuckling evilly. He grabbed a gun and he went to confront Saint Tail. During this time, Seira was following Saint Tail.
"Meimi didn't visit me yet, so why is she here?" She asked herself. When the man saw the girl, he smirked and changed targets. She didn't see him, but he did see her. He aimed his gun towards her spine.
"That thief seems to like innocent people. So, how about this?" he asked. He fired the gun and the bullet went straight into her spine. Seira screamed in shock and she fell onto her stomach.
"What? That hurt!" She whimpered in pain. When Saint Tail heard the shot, she went outside and she gasped. Seira! She thought in worry. When Saint Tail saw the man with the gun, she growled.
"You bastard!" Saint Tail screamed. The man smirked. Saint leaped towards the ground she got in front of Seira.
"You really do care." He tells Saint Tail. Saint Tail couldn't control herself. She ran towards the man and she punched him violently over and over again.
"If...I...ever...see...you...again...I...will...kill...you!" Saint Tail threatened the man. The man got scared and he ran off. Saint Tail changed into Meimi. Meimi glared at the direction the man went in.
"Meimi-chan." An soft voice lulls Meimi over to the injured girl. Meimi looked at the girl's spine and she gasped. She looked down. She's paralyzed. Meimi thought.
"I'm taking you to the hospital. First, I'm calling Mom." Meimi told Seira.
"Meimi, please hurry, it hurts and I can't feel my legs." Seira tells Meimi. Meimi gasped.
