She Will Rule, Cute and Cruel

A short little poem, because I saw a picture of Tamamo-chan on Danbooru that made me sad. She only ever wanted to be loved *sniffle* It's so sad. I have no faith in my poetry skills, but if people like it. I may consider adding to it.

This tale begins in chaos
With the swirling of a petal
The ringing of metal, from it
The blessings of the great sun
Will unveil, Imperial glory anew
The blessing of Amaterasu

In tyranny with me
You will rule, cute and cruel
We're horrible they say
I'm not fine with it that way
Tamamo is adorable
How dare they call her horrible

Through crimson arches
Over cherry blossoms
Mad in the moonlight
We will hunt them again tonight
Our birthright unrepressed
Descent will be suppressed

And Tamamo, you know
In this tale
Resisting you is of no avail
I can only fail
So, please... Tamamo
Let me cuddle with your tail!
