Dear Diary,

Today's the first day of my seventh year at Hogwarts. I know its kind of stupid keeping a diary but my mom gave it to me and I thought it might be fun to try. So I write later Charlie and me are off to go play quidditch.

Dear Diary,

I made myself a promise to write everyday so I'm trying to keep it. So far I'm doing great! So Charlie and me played quidditch he completely thrashed me-well he is quidditch captain so I not really that bothered but I would be nice to win once in a while. Anyway we had fun and I'm going to Hogsmeade with him next weekend-as friends not on a date-or is it? I don't know I'll try and ask him tonight who knows I might be going on a date with my best friend-huh-my best friend maybe its more?

Dear Diary,

WOOHHOO I asked Charlie about going as friends or going on a date and he said yerr so I asked if him meant date yes or friend yes and he said DATE YES! So I'm going on a date with Charlie Weasley-I don't what's came over me but I think I fancy my best friend …I think I fancy Charlie – I'm really confused maybe I'll owl Bill-yerr Bill-he'll know what to do. By the way Bill is Charlie older brother who has just got a job as a curse breaker at Gringotts Bank.

I'm tired so I'm going to sleep
