Flames of Purification
I'm bored.
I want to go outside, but mommy says I can't, because there's zombies out there. She thinks they will hurt me, but she's wrong. My daddy will protect me. That's what daddy does, he goes out almost everyday and fights off those bad zombies that go ABLRAHRARA!. I don't know why mommy is so scared when he leaves in the morning, doesn't she know nobody can hurt him?
Daddy is out again, and Sarah is feeding the chickens with mommy. I'm stuck here with my dolls. Sometimes, when mommy isn't looking, I pretend my dolls are knights fighting zombies. Mommy doesn't like me talking about stuff like that, she thinks I will scare myself. She doesn't understand that I'm not scared at all.
Something happening outside. I can hear horses neighing. Maybe daddy has come home! Maybe he's killed all the bad rotten things and I can go outside and play again! I run to the window, but it's not daddy. It's none of the other men from the village. They are soldiers, but they aren't wearing blue...... it's red and white. The lady that leads them reminds me of my school teacher, Mrs. Irving. She looks like she's never smiled at all. Maybe she was stuck inside her house for too long, just like me.
Mommy and Sarah stop feeding chickens and go up to her. I can't hear what they are saying, they're too far away. Hmmm, the lady looks mad at mommy. She looks kind of scary, even scarier than zombies. I kinda wish daddy was here, he knows how to deal with soldiers. Two of the soldiers get off their horses and bring mommy and Sarah to the house. I hear them open the door, and Mommy and big sister come to my room.
— What's going on, Mommy?
— Nothing sweetheart, these soldiers are here to protect the village.
— Those soldiers are crazy! They think we're zombies!
— Stop that right now, Sarah, they only think that one of us may have a sickness that attracts the undead.
WHUMP, WHUMP! I hear something hitting the roof. A few seconds later, I see smoke coming from my parents' bedroom. Mommy goes to check, and runs back and grabs both of us.
— Downstairs, NOW!
— But wh-
— NOW!
We run downstairs, and we pass the bedroom. It's on fire! The fire is eating everything up, like little Billy did last Harvest Festival.
We run into the kitchen, and push on the door.
It won't budge.
We push harder, then mommy pounds on the door, screaming to let us out. Now I'm scared. It's getting hard to breathe, and I can see the fire is coming downstairs. Now sarah and I are banging at the door crying for the somebody, anybody to let us out. Why won't the door open?
Where's daddy?
The smoke is hurting my eyes, and I start coughing. It's getting hot. I'm scared, very, very scared.
Most of kitchen is on fire now, and mommy falls down. Me and Sarah try to lift her up, but she doesn't move. We give up and keep trying to open the door. I try to claw the door, until my fingers bleed, and I keep screaming for someone, anyone to open the door.
The fire is right next to me.
It hurts so bad.
I'm scared.
I want my daddy, I want him to protect me.
Daddy, where are you?
Daddy.....

As someone who started playing WoW as an Undead, I've always had a strong hate/facination with those who garb themselves in the red and white of the Scarlet Crusade/Onslaught. Reading this book shows how *bleeped* up the Crusaders are.

I'm Asilien in that list, so please don't think I copied it from someone else.
