Natsu's Cry
It happened so fast and I never wanted her to go as I cried for her not to leave me so soon. Nashi hasn't gotten to know her mom that well. It was my fault that I let her die! I still hear her cry as I keep telling Nashi that her mother will always love her. It happened so quick when she left us and she left me. We were going on a job and we had Nashi with us. Lucy sacrificed her life to save me and Nashi, but it should have been me and not her! Something was affecting the spirit world and we went to check it out to see what was wrong, and some dark magic was affecting the environment. Nashi hasn't seen the spirit world before and there something dangerous in the area. I told Lucy that she should stay with Nashi to keep her safe. Nashi was really young when this happened.
But she told me that she was going to handle it since she was part of this world. We didn't know where the zodiac spirits were and Nashi was really terrified, but I kept her in my arms, trying to stop her tears. Lucy went off to find what happened to her spirits. What she saw was horror as all of them were wounded and injured bad. I made sure that Nashi didn't see that as I held her close to my chest. She kept crying and I told her that it was going to be ok. I just...wanted her to come with me and Nashi. Raising her is a bit of a challenge since I don't have Lucy. As we were finding the issue, we saw that the spirits tricked us as they were affected by dark dark magic. Then we saw that they were in their apocalypse form. They tricked us of coming and we were trapped, and the only way to get out was by another celestial spirit.
We didn't see the spirit king and I told Lucy to take Nashi. But she told me that she would handle it. She told me to get Nashi away and safe from danger. I carried her as Lucy was fighting her spirits. I put Nashi in a safe place as I went back to help her out. I tried to keep her safe but Virgo was going for Nashi. I ran to her and used my fire dragon wing attack to protect her. I picked her up and held her to calm her down. She was crying like nuts. We couldn't escape and soon it happened in front of my eyes. As Lucy was getting tired, I held Nashi in my arms. I held off Virgo and before I could turn around I heard a scream. It was unbelievable, but I saw blood get on my jacket. I looked and saw a hand through Lucy's core.
"LUCY," I cried. Leo laughed as his hand came out. Soon dragon rage in me broke out as I tried to defeat Loke while keeping Nashi calm. Fire was in my eyes as I starred at him. Luckily Yukino was able to get us out of the spirit world as she said that something was affecting all of the spirits. I looked at her with tears as I held Lucy in my arm and Nashi. I lied her down as Yukino held Nashi for the moment. I held Lucy in my arms as I cried for her.
"LUCY! LUCY! LUCY," I cried. "NNNNNOOOOOO!" Lucy had enough strength to open her eyes and she looked at me. She put her hand on my face as tears fell down.
"N...atsu," she said.
"Shh," I said. "Just rest..." I knew that her wounds were too severe for healing. I cried for her as I held her close to my chest.
"Nat-su," she said. "Nash...i...needs her father right now..."
"I need you Lucy," said Natsu. "NASHI AND I NEED YOU." Lucy smiled.
"Natsu...I'll always be with you and Nashi," she said weak. "I just wish...I...could have...more adventures!" Her hand fall and I cried in agony.
"AAAAAHHHHHHH!" I cried as I held her and had deep thought. "LOKE WILL PAY!" Natsu picked up Lucy and made her an honorable grave and Nashi started crying. Tears came from Natsu's face as he came to Yukino. He took Nashi and held her in his arms.
"Shhh," he said. "I'm here...I'm here! Daddy is here." Yukino didn't know what to say as she knew that she was going to avenge Lucy's death. Natsu and Nashi stood at her grave and Natsu's tears fell as he knew that it was going to be hard to raise Nashi on his own. But he knew that he had to do it for Lucy, or her death was for nothing. He looked at Nashi as she kept crying more and more, and Natsu kept her close to his heart.
"Daddy is here," he said. "Mommy will be here watching you...grow." Nashi looked at Natsu as she finally went to sleep. Natsu held her close as he stood and stayed at Lucy's grave, but he knew that he would make her proud. He knew that he would raise Nashi for the both of them.

It is sad that Lucy has died from the betrayal of her spirits, but Natsu promised to avenge her death and to raise their child.
