Alone in a dark place, there's a brown hair girl sitting on the floor. She has no name, and she don't know for how long she'd been there. Suddenly, like nothing, there's a boy, standing right in front of her. With blue eyes, and blue hair.

"Who are you?" She asks him.

"I don't know.." He says.

Then another voice, out of nowhere, says

"Welcome, you two are VOCALOID's."

"Vocaloids..?" They replied.

"Yes, you were created to sing songs to the world. Now, try your voices."

And so they did, the brown haired girl opened her mouth and let out a "Aaahh" with a beautiful voice. She was chocked.

"That was amazing! How did you do that?" The blue haired boy said.

"I…I don't know, really.."

"Wow, i wish i could sing like that!"

She took his hand, and said

"Come on, sing with me." She smiled. He looked at her at first, then he smiled back to her, and sang with her. Their voices matched so well, and they continued to sing songs together for a time. Until the voice returned.

"I've got glad news. I've finally gotten your new name, MEIKO!"

The brown haired girl looked very confused

"Me…Meiko?"

"Yes, your name is MEIKO! It's time for you to go now."

Meiko looked over to the blue haired boy, who was smiling at her calmingly, with sad eyes. He took her hand.

"Meiko… that's a wonderful name."

She was scared, she didn't want to be without him.

"But, what about you?"

"Don't worry, i believe it'll be fine."

"So… this is the end then..?"

Then a great gate opened up.

"No… this is just the beginning."

She looked down at the ground, holding back her tears.

"…Even if we loose our memories now, i believe that we can be together again one day.."

She looked up, crying, staring in to his water filled eyes, she was standing on her toes, kissing him.

"Soon, i promise."

Then she walked up to the gate, and they closed, leaving the blue haired boy alone. He sighed

"…Meiko…"

- Two years later -

A brown haired girl is sitting by herself in a studio, when suddenly, a boy with blue eyes and blue hair, appears.

"Who are you?" She asks him.

He looked at her, and replied

"I'm KAITO, and you?"

"I'm Meiko."

He looked into her deep brown eyes, and said

"That's a wonderful name."

She looked at him

"Thank you…. Kaito."
