"No, Sir." William replied, trying to look as innocent as possible while he slipped the paper he and Charlotte had been using under his notebook.
Next to him, Charlotte snorted. The professor turned to her with an arched eyebrow. "Miss Gates?"
"I had a bug in my nose," she explained sweetly, making the class titter around them.
The professor shook his head and carried on with his lecture.
A few minutes later, the paper with their notes appeared on Charlotte's desk: XQF'E PDAB FTQ OXMEE MZP FMWQ EAYQFTUZS QXEQ.
