So yeah, I don't know where this came from...O:) I just decided to give it a go :) I wrote out 14 words to describe Gajeel and somehow it turned into a sonnet that fits with the events of Tenrou Island, it wasn't planned, it just kinda happened O:) The next chapter for 'From Amongst the Rafters' will be up later if you're reading it :) I've been awake all night...might just explain my little rambling sonnet!

He's the tall shadow appearing behind me,
His quietness always upon my ears,
His crazed red eyes always setting me free,
His tenacious smirk takes away my fears.
His is the protective arm around me,
He uses his strong body as my shield,
His cold heart to which I'm the only key,
His caring is the cause of what has healed.
The broken heart that made his iron for him,
Had cried as it left him his silver treat,
As the hard shiny scales began to dim,
Studded arms will not give in to defeat.

Yip, corny - I know! 2nd last line (and technically last one too!) basically means the simple idea of 'as long as she can see him she knows she will be protected and safe', in other words she won't need to pray for her life...just figured I'd pop in the little bit of explanation here to save any confusion.
