A/N: Okay so the song is Talking To The Moon - Bruno Mars. Sokka is missing Yue so he talks to the moon (hence the name of the oneshot and the song i chose. It was on my mind so i wrote it hope you like it please R&R!
I looked up at the full moon that shone down on me. I sat by myself somewhere quiet and peaceful and just stared at the moon. Everyone was sleeping, Suki was still in prison and we were still helping to train Aang to defeat the Fire Lord. I felt guilty in a way that I had hurt Yue by going out with Suki.
"I still miss you." I whispered to Yue. She was so brave giving up her own life to protect her people and the rest of the world.
I know you're somewhere out there.

I had a feeling that some of the group were starting to worry about me. Normally I was the first to leave but on nights like these I was the last. No one really understood what I was going through and the only person who I could talk to about it was Katara. I just sit by myself on the edge of the cliff. Sometimes it was a good thing, sometimes it wasn't. Zuko had joined now and everyone approved of him. Katara not so much but she was starting to ease up on him. I looked up at the sky again looking at the moon and the stars that occupied her.

I remember when Katara told me that Yue would always look over me, but I never really thought she would until we were on the Serpents Pass as I saw the moon in the sky and I was helping Suki cross to the other side. One night I started talking to Yue, even though I felt stupid it sort of helped in a way. I told her about how I felt about. As if she didn't approve of me, and that I hurt her in some way because I was seeing Suki.

I thought she would respond but so far nothing. It would be nice again to talk to Yue, or even hear her voice.

I talked for nearly an hour or so before I started getting tired. I got up and looked up at the moon one last time.
"I love you Yue." I whispered.
I began to walk away, and then a gust of wind passed my cheek. It felt as if I was being kissed on the cheek. I stopped and felt my cheek; I turned round to look up at the sky but she was there in front of me.
"I love you two Sokka. Please protect Suki." she said.
And with a smile she was gone, as if she was never there. I knew then that Yue approved of me and Suki together.
'Thank you' I thought and made my way to my room.
