Nikita remembered the last time she saw Michael's face and said I love you. She also promised that they will keep in touch. Then when she got back to the beach house, she started feeling ill before she realized it, she was pregnant. Nikita felt guilty because she still was going on missions and wasn't taking care of herself. She wanted to confirm by following up with the doctor.
Nikita made an appointment to visit Dr. Sparks . A blood test and ultrasound were done. Dr. Sparks entered the exam room and confirmed that she is 15 weeks pregnant. She was excited and sad at the same time. She wanted Michael with her to share this miracle they have created. Then again, she felt guilty if she were to take him away from Max. Nikita didn't know what to do. She was overly stressed and conflicted.
She had to share her news with someone so she shared her happy news with her best friends, Birkhoff and Alex. They encouraged her to let Michael know but she refused. Nikita is strong willed and stubborn. She also sacrifices her happiness for others. Nikita really didn't want Michael to find out so they packed their things and moved away.
Michaels pov
It's been a while since he heard from Nikita, Birkhoff and Alex. He had a feeling that something was wrong. He tried contacting their cellphones but each time he did, it either went to voicemail or said it was disconnected. He was really starting to get worried so he used all his resources and started to try to track them down.
After about a year and a half of trying to search for them, Michael received a call from Birkhoff.
"Hey Michael, it's me."
"Birkhoff, where the hell have you guys been? I've been trying to track you guys down forever! Where is Nikita? Is she ok? I have a bad feeling."
"umm Mickey, you need to come home now. And don't tell anyone I called you or they are gonna kill me. I'll send the coordinates to your phone."
"Birkhoff, what's wrong? Please tell me NOW! Is Nikita ok?"
"I'll tell you when you get here. See you then"
Michael was now very worried. He Got on the first plane back home. He didn't know what to expect he got there. All thoughts of Nikita ran through his mind. Wondering if she is ok and also how much he misses and loves her.
