A/N: Hey! This is my first (published) CDF fic! I REALY hope you enjoy! I was forced to post this by the wonderful girls over at The Weirdo Club! I am a PROUD member. Unfortunatly the page was hacked and all of the stories are gone. They are trying to see how many fics we can find as to repost! So don't worry WC won't be down for TOO long! Anyway: read, review, and tell me if you think I should continue it!

Marlaina Rune was hungry, and naturally she was looking for something to eat. She parted her crimson colored lips and smiled in anticipation. She could taste it already: hot, sticky, thick. Her smile grew as her meal came into her line of vision. She slips even deeper into the shadows and stalks her prey as she has done so many times before. She followed her meal on its usual route into an ally way. It was almost time, just a few more steps.

"Um, excuse me?"

The meal turned to look at Marlaina. He couldn't accurately see her in the awful lighting. "What do you want?" Marlaina's meal tonight was a man: handsome, tall, white, blonde hair, hazel eyes. His skin was nearly flawless, which Marlaina appreciated greatly, except for the three small scratches on his left cheek. But all food had that. Marlaina had marked him just two nights prior.

"I was just wondering if you could tell me where on earth I am. I knew exactly where I was going, but I have seemed to have gotten turned around. I'm sure an intelligent, handsome man like you knows your way around." The meal puffed up confidently at the complement.

"Of course just tell me where you're headed," He said cockily. Marlaina couldn't help but smile. She had him: hook, line, and sinker.

"Well, I was supposed to be going to my friend's flat. I had a paper with the address written on it but I seem to have misplaced it. I would have called her but my phone just up and died. I memorized the route though, so I'm sure if I can just find where I started I will be fine."

"You know if you know her number you can use my mobile to ring her." A false look of realization crossed Marlaina's hidden face.

"Of course, how thick of me!"

"But you know, it's a big city maybe when you know where you're going I should accompany you to make sure you don't get lost again."

"My knight in shining armor." Marlaina smiled sadistically in the darkness. The meal held its phone out to Marlaina, and that's when the predator decided to strike. The phone smashed to the concrete as Marlaina pinned her food up against the wall and cut its wrist open with her nail. "Yum, I've been just dying to taste you!"

With that she wrapped her lips to the cut and began to drink. The man who up until this moment had been too shocked to do anything decided to scream. "What are you! You're a monster! Vampire! Vampire!" Marlaina snapped her head back to her meal bloodied teeth bared.

"I am not a Vampire! I'm a Vampeneze." With that she smiled and laughing, happily finished her meal.
