"Wait, really?" Dean looked absolutely astounded, pointing to a basket on the motel table, "You mean you've never tried one of these. Seriously, Cas?"

Castiel restrained himself from rolling his eyes, shifting in his spot on the rickety couch, "Yes, Dean. Seriously."

Dean made a scandalized noise, muttering something about 'how in the fuck have you lived 2000 years and never had a fucking Cadbury egg?' and 'deprived little nerd angel.'

"Pardon?" Castiel smirks, and Dean sighs, plucking a brightly-wrapped candy out of the basket and plopping down next to him on the couch. Castiel looked down at the egg-shaped object in Dean's hand, making a face, "I don't see the appeal of eating anything, Dean, much less a chocolate in the shape of an unborn chicken."

"Oh, c'mon!" Dean held the egg out to Castiel, dropping it into the angel's lap when he made no move to take it, "Live a little!"

Castiel narrowed his eyes slightly at Dean, biting back a retort as he picked up the egg, gingerly pulling back a piece of the foil. "If it gets you to drop the matter…" He unwrapped the candy all the way, inspecting it while he cradled it in the palm of his hand, "then I will acquiesce."

There was a moment of tense silence in which Castiel took one last perplexed look at Dean's expectant face, then the chocolate in his hand before he lifted it to his mouth, taking a careful bite. Before Dean could ask Castiel's opinion, his blue eyes widened and he murmured, "This is actually wonderful."

Dean grinned, nudging the angel's shoulder with his, "See? You should listen to me more often, Cas."

Instead of replying, Cas took another bite, quirking an eyebrow in surprise when a string of caramel stuck to his lip, dangling down and curling onto his chin. Dean chuckled quietly, watching Castiel glare first at the chocolate egg, and then at the caramel dripping over its broken shell.

Castiel huffed in irritation at Dean's laughter, moving to wipe away the sticky substance from his lips. Before he could do so, Dean reached out and grabbed Castiel's hand with his, "No, c'mere." He pulled Castiel towards him on the couch, arranging their bodies so that Castiel was comfortably straddling his hips, "Let me."

Without further warning, Dean placed one hand on the back of Castiel's neck, pulling the angel down to kiss him gently on the lips. Castiel sighed in content, wrapping his arms around Dean's neck as his eyes fluttered shut.

After a moment of slow kisses and soft touches, Dean pulled Castiel closer, arm looping tightly around the smaller man's waist as he deepened the kiss. Dean smirked against Castiel's lips when he began to slowly lick his way down Castiel's chin, cleaning it of the sugary string of caramel as Castiel shuddered in his grasp. His tongue slid between Castiel's lips, tangling with the angel's as he let out a soft moan, tightening his hold around Dean's neck.

Castiel pulled away after a few more long seconds, smirking at Dean's quiet sound of discontent, and said, "How much longer until we have to meet up with Sam?"

Dean sighed, running a hand through his hair, "Can we not mention my brother during," he gestured awkwardly, "this? But, uh," he glanced at the alarm clock on the bedside table, "not for another hour, I guess."

A small smirk graced Castiel's face as he placed his hands on Dean's shoulders, pushing the hunter down to lay on the couch, "Perfect."
