Together

I was sitting reading her book on the couch in the main lobby of the titans tower, until Beast boy walks in.
"Hi Rae watcha doing?" asked Beast boy walking over to where I was sitting
"Reading a book" I replied
"What's it about" Beast boy asked
"Nothing" I said hopping he would go away

"Oh come on Rae I know you wouldn't read a book about nothing" Beast boy said
"I told you never call me Rae" I said very harshly my eyes glowing black

"Sorry" said Beast boy as he walked out of the room, ears drooping "I was just trying to be nice"

I shut my book. I hadn't meant to be that mean on him. I sat there just thinking for about ten minutes, on how I should tell him I was sorry, when Cyborg walked in.

"Raven did Beast boy try and talk to you?" Cyborg asked
"Yea" I said "He was in here just a moment a go."

"Did you listen to him?" asked Cyborg

"Do I ever?" I answered rolling my eyes

"Raven please just listen to him." Cyborg said "Go talk to him"

"Ok I guess I could" I said, Cyborg was being a little creepy "Were is he?"

"On the roof" Said Cyborg happily as he left the room

On the roof

"Hi Beast boy." I said
Beast boy turn around and looked surprised me standing there.

"Hi!" he said

"Did you want to talk to me?" I said feeling bad about making him feel bad
"Don't you have your book?" said Beast boy a little hurt

"My book can wait." I answered

"Thanks" Said Beast boy looking at my with his big, cute eyes

"What did you want to talk about?" I asked looking away
"Well . . . anything" Said Beast boy "You talk to starfire, Robin and Cyborg but never me. I really want us to be good, ah, friends and good friends.

"Oh" I said "You just want us to be friends"my cheeks were pink

"Ah, yea" said Beast boy his voice unsure and face red.

My face turned bright red too. I was getting some weird feelings toward Beast boy that I have never had before. I liked the feelings and hated them at the same time.

I wanted him to say he liked me . . . wait do I like Beast boy? No, no I do not like like Beast boy in that way, do I?

"Well you, you see Raven I kind of sort of like you" Beat boy mumbled

I kiss him.

Later

I shut the door to my room, and then looked around it. All the stuff seamed dark. I touched my lips and sighed. Oh my god I thought I just kissed Beast boy, and I loved it! What the heak is wrong with me?
