In Kagome's bedroom…
"Come on!"
"No."
"At least try it, please?"
"No, and I'm not staying the night either!"
"Inuyasha," she pouted, doing her best puppy expression.
"Is that supposed to look cute?"
"Grr!" she threw a pillow at him.
"Hey, no throwing!"
"Say yes then!"
"Keh."
"Does that mean yes?"
"Feh."
"I'll take that as a yes then."
Afterwards…
"Wow, I didn't know it could feel so good in that position."
"So are you glad we did this now?"
"Feh, but if I'm staying the night I get to be on top."
"Sure."
"You two!" Mrs Higurashi called, "Can you come down for supper please? I know the new bunk beds are exciting but we need to eat. Oh and Inuyasha?"
"Yes?"
"I cooked Ramen." Kagome watched the red blur that was Inuyasha streaking down the stairs and sighed, oh well, they still had tonight!
