Peeta knew full well what he was getting into when he made the choice too marry Katniss. He knew Prim came with it, but man did he ever just want his space. Then there is Gale who is always around helping Katniss's mom. Nothing seem like it was possible but then one day Prim was gone.
Peeta felt bad for everything that he'd ever thought. Katniss was upset, he wasn't sure what to do. Somehow one day everything had to be normal again.
Nothing for Katniss was ever going to be normal, she was never going to have a regular life, and truthfully that's all she ever wanted. Katniss was sitting in her room all alone, hoping with every part of her being that no one would bother her but she wasn't that lucky.
"Katnip?" It was Gale, her heart was racing just like it did every time he called her Katnip. "Peeta just finished making breakfast."
"I'm not that hungry Gale." She said not meaning to be so short.
"You need to eat Katniss."
Peeta was just sitting down with everyone else as Gale walked in. "Where's Katniss?" Haymitch said.
"She isn't hungry" Gale said dryly. He was upset with the fact that Katniss was being cold to everyone. He just wanted to slap her out of it.
