Dear Y/n,
I'm glad you got my other letters. And I'm even more glad you wrote me back, da. Thank you for the presents you sent me. I really liked them,da! I hope you're doing good. Write back soon, da?
Love, Ivan
You read the letter from your best friend – Ivan Braginski and looked at the pretty postcards he had sent you from all over Russia. You two were penpals for a few years and as it seemed, Ivan loved to send letters via the post, unlike your american friend – Alfred Jones, who was more of an e-mail person. But you were mad because you haven't contacted your dannish friend (who happens to be your crush) - Mathias Køhler , ever since you told him about the fact that Ivan had sent you postcards from Russia. All Mathias had said was that he was going to send you some presents and that was it. You haven't heard from him in about a month. You thought he had abandoned you and you gave up on waiting for him to write to you.
Until one day you were at the beach, gazing at the sunset. You lived close to the beach so getting there wasn't a problem. You sat there, staring at the sea which was calm as ever. The only noise around were the waves, crashing onto the beach and the seagulls. Until you saw something else in the water. It looked like a giant ship. Once it got closer, you could clearly see that it was a… Viking ship? Suddenly a horn was heard and you took that as a sign to run while you still can.
Oi! Y/N! Wait! I told you I'd get you something! – you heard the familiar voice of Mathias call.
What the hell was he doing on a Viking ship?! You stopped and stared in awe as the ship docked on the beach and Mathias and the other Scandinavians got on a rowboat to get to the shore. Once Mathias stepped on the beach, he ran over to you and hugged you tightly. You saw that he was dressed as a Viking, with his helmet, hanging by the side of his head in a funny way. As he let go, he suddenly pulled out a leather bag and started to shove postcards in your arms. It was getting a little hard to hold or catch them so from afar it seemed that he was throwing them at you.
Here! I brought you postcards from Denmark! Do you like them, Y/N! Am I better than that Ivan yet?! Huh? Am I? – he yelled in his happy-go-lucky tone like always. – You know I love you more than anyone! Do you love me back? Will you be my girlfriend, Y/N?!
You wondered what to say, trying to hold all the cards he gave you as he pulled out more and more. Suddenly his Norwegian friend – Lukas Bondevik, placed his hand on Mathias's shoulder, making the other man stop his action, and said in his calm, soothing voice:
Stop…
