Split Between Worlds & Lovers II: The Serpent's Scion

A violent wind whipped through trees surrounding an abandoned village, they trembled sensing a foreign presence. The hollowed remains of a large snake demon lay untouched for a year, thorned life-sucking plants constricted around the monstrous bones. The presence, an unknown demon in a dark hooded robe approached, pricked his finger on the barbed plants. Which greedily sucked up the blood like a dehydrated animal.
"Come to pay your respects?" Karasu asked the stranger from behind, "better late then never I suppose." The demon didn't turn or reply, he simply stood still, a powerful wind removed his hood, the wind played with his emerald colored hair. "You're an unclean mutt, a bastard unworthy of any inheritance. You and that creature you called mother mean nothing to me and just like her you are dead to me. What business do you have here?"
The wind fell silent; the stranger adjusted his head, exposing a façade similar to the crow demon's. Smiling with eyes glowing red, he answered: "Revenge dear father, revenge."
With his final words a gust howled and the crow's disowned son disappeared into the night.
"Very soon mother we'll have our revenge on the man and all others who wronged us…"
