A/N: Stupid little thing I wrote while waiting for my lazy family to get up on christmas morning. I know it is really bad. Set after the fight between Naruto and Gaara.

Gaara was confused.
He'd seen this festival take place every year, and like all other festivals he thought this one was meaningless to his purpose. This year he was truly trying to find his true purpose, and in so doing finding the purpose behind festivals.
Unfortunately this one had him stumped. It was some guy's birthday but everyone was given presents by everyone else, that didn't make sense and everyone was being nice to everyone else and making contact with family and friends they usually didn't contact regularly.
This made no sense to Gaara. Maybe Temari and Konkuro would be able o explain it better to him.
"Excuse me, what is the purpose behind this festival known as Christmas?"
