Hey guys! Here is a one-shot based on Cordelia's unrequited love for Chrom. It's not much, but I hope you enjoy!

Cordelia walked the trail that lead to their camp, holding red roses.

I hope he likes it... she thought, thinking of the leader of their camp, Chrom.

Cordelia loved him, a lot. She blushed just thinking about every little thing about him, such as the way his hair twists into cowlicks.

Robin walked by, and smiled.

"Cordelia, hello. Those flowers are lovely. Who are they for?"

"U-um...um...I-I love...Roses! Y-yes, those are my favorite flowers. Um...I-I have to go!" She ran by Robin, leaving him slightly confused.

She slowed down once she came to the camp. She came to Chrom's tent, and stopped, when she saw Sumia and Chrom talking in his tent.

"This pie is amazing!" Chrom said, warmly. "I normally don't like rhubarb."

"Thanks! It's my mom's recipe." Sumia said, blushing.

Cordelia felt a sudden put in her stomach. She likes him...and he likes her... She thought. Tears welled up in her eyes.

She turned, and ran before they could see her.

She got to her tent, and closed the curtain. She dropped the flowers on the tent floor, and started sobbing.

He...doesn't love me... She thought, feeling a huge put in her stomach.

Unknown to her, Robin was about to walk by her tent, but stopped when he heard her sobs. He peaked open the curtain, to see her sobbing into her pillow.

"Cordeila?" He said softly.

"R-robin?! What are you doing here?!" She said, sitting up, her face stained with tears.

"I heard you crying, and I wanted to check to see if you were okay." He said. He sat on the bed, and put his arm around her. She started crying again, and hugged him.

"Oh, Robin! It's Chrom! He loves Sumia! I love him! I love him more than she does! I'd be a better wife! She's so clumsy, I'd be perfect!" She said, starting to sob now.

"Shhh. It's okay. If it's meant to be, he'll realize he loves you. And if it isn't meant to be, you'll fall in love again. And, you shouldn't say rude things about Sumia. It's disrespectful." Robin said. He stroked her hair, which made her feel funny, but she liked it.

"You're right. I shouldn't say such things. We can't control emotions." Cordelia said.

Robin smiled. "It'll be okay. Don't worry."

"R-robin? Will anyone love me?" She asked.

"Of course! How could someone not fall in love with you?! You're perfect!" He said, blushing, unknown to Cordelia however.

"T-thanks. I feel a lot better." She smiled, pulling away from his embrace.

"Glad to hear it. My tent is only a few tents down, so don't be afraid to wake me up if something is wrong." Robin said, getting up. He walked out of the tent and walked to his own tent.

Cordelia sighed, and plopped down on her bed again. Physically, and emotionally exhausted.

I can never have him, can I?

Sorry if that was short! I'm not sure if I'm going to continue this, but I kind of want to. But, this probably won't be updated until Super Mario: A Life Upside Down is finished.
