The Doctor Who Never Was
"I'm the Doctor. I am the Oncoming Storm, the Bringer of Darkness, and you, my friend, have just made yourself the object of my wrath."
I towered over the Dalek, anger coursing through my veins. This Dalek was battered and beaten, lying on its side, unable to get up. Pulling out my blaster, I pointed the barrel at the metallic monstrosity.
"It ends here."
Before I go any further, I guess I should explain who I am. Well, I'm the Doctor. But I'm not the Doctor you're thinking of. You're thinking of the centuries-old Time Lord who travels through space and time in a blue police box. I have the police box, and I travel through space and time, but I'm not a centuries-old Time Lord. I'm a teenaged human. That's right. A human. How did I become the Doctor, you might ask? Well, that's a valid question. So I will answer it…with a story. My story. The story of the beginning of the Doctor who never was. And that story, like all others, is about a girl. The sunniest girl in the whole universe. She could turn the darkest times into the brightest of days. And believe me, I have seen some dark things. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let me tell you her name. Her name is Aulani.
