4 months after the events of Thieves in Time, the Cooper Gang and Carmelita encounter an intriguing raccoon that is essential to recover Sly back to the present, as well as saving him from a foe they'd never faced before.

Sly is lost in time. Penelope is sending Bentley post cards. How are they connected? How does Penelope know when Sly is... and what else will they find by following those postcards? Due to a mess up on an undercover job Carmelita Fox gets pregnant by an unknown father and now has to find someone to watch her baby while she's at work. Meanwhile local thief Sly Cooper is trying to hide from the law and ends up working out an interesting propistion. Observing all this is little baby Nicky who's just trying to figure out the world.

When Connor Cooper and his wife are found dead in their home, the result of a forced break-in and assault, Interpol is called in. The only witness is Cooper's eight-year-old son, found in a closet with a full view of everything. Nobody is really sure what to do with the kid, but that's just fine. Because young Sly Cooper doesn't know what to do with himself either.

How timing is everything is played out a bit differently.

This will go through all of Sly's adventures with an additional point of view from my character, a highly trained mechanist and soldier bat, as he witnesses all of it and catalogues it all. Please rate and comment.

When he finally tells carmelita the truth, things don't go to good and he leaves to go find his old friends. Richard Wershe Jr, a young FBI informant, is sent to Paris to interrogate Conner Cooper, a notorious raccoon thief. Conner becomes suspicious. Richard becomes jealous and he hires the Fiendish Five to kill Conner Cooper. Set 2 years before Sly's parents die.

After Neyla's betrayal in India, the whole Cooper Gang is arrested, Bentley included. They all get sent to the Contessa's prison and are losing all hope of ever being rescued when someone renews their hope and helps Sly to escape.
