I know. I'm crazy. I'm about to kill one of my favorite characters. I just had inspiration and decided to write about it. So enjoy and please review
The once white scarf was stained red. The orange shirt and blue jacket were also. There was only blood. Gingka was on the verge of death.
To tell her that he loved her.. to touch her one last time.. to say goodbye... to thank her. She was his world. His everything. As long as she was there, he was okay. If she was crying, he would be her shoulder to cry on. When she was sick, he took care of her. When he was sick, she made sure he was alright. What he didn't know, however, was that she was outside his hospital room, bawling her eyes out.
This was the worst day of her life. One of her best friends was beaten up by a group of people. And luck made it that it was the day that he didn't have his beyblade. If he had his beyblade, he would have survived. If only she had fixed his beyblade on time. She blamed herself for this. She cried, because she didn't get to tell him that she loved him. He was always there for her. Why wasn't she there for him? Her tears were of sorrow, regret, and loss. Over the beeping and coughing, she heard him say her name.
"mado" her name was followed by a fit of coughing. "Madoka.." he called, coughing. She also heard Gingka call her.
She went in, unsure of what to do. Madoka stood there, tears in her eyes, looking at the redhead boy that she could always count on. He weakly lifted his arm to her. She came and took it.
"Mado.." he coughed. "Madoka.. m-my time is coming very soon. T-thank you for.." he coughed again. "Thank you for always being there for me. I-i love you."
"Gingka.. it is you that had always been there for me. Wh-why did this have to happen?" She sobbed, not wanting for him to go. "I love you too, Gingka." She replied. She continued to cry and sob. She then felt him squeeze her hand with the remaining strength he had left.
She looked at his face. Those eyes, once sparkling with laughter were dimmed with death. That uncontrollable grin he had was replaced with a small smile. As she watched him, he did something with all of his remaining strength. He lifted her hand to his lips and kissed it. That kiss was full of all his love for her and how much he cared. The last thing he said to her before his eyes closed forever was " you are my everything, my world and my life. Continue on, for me."
At Gingka's funeral, Madoka was among the last to leave. Before she left, she placed pegeasus, fully fixed and brand new over Gingka's heart. She also left a picture of them, laughing and having fun at the park. "May your spirit live on, Gingka." She said. She held his now cold hand one last time, kissing it as he did hers. Then, the coffin lid was closed. Madoka continued on life, as Gingka requested and remembered him. How he lived life and lived it to its fullest. She knew that Gingka's spirit would live inside her.
