I don't know how it happened... I was a normal high-school girl walking home with my best friend Kairi after a long day. When she left me, which was normal because her house is nearby the school, a tall figure about a half a head taller than me approached me. He is dressed all in black: long black coat zipped all the way; black boots that appeared to rest just below the knee; black gloves as well. Safe to say I had no clue who this person was or what he was doing here now dressed all in black. I mean, hello, it's the middle of summer here on Destiny Islands! He approached me and whispered in a boyish voice that made my heart flutter.
"Stay in the light, it'll protect you. The darkness will destroy you." The boy then began to walk away. I couldn't help but wonder to myself why his voice had done that to me? Suddenly like a drop of bricks it dawned on me. It was Riku. I hadn't seen him or that other guy in months. But why was he here now and dressed like that? He knows how hot the Island can get. I made my decision. I ran after his growing shadow. I ran until I was sure that I caught up with him and was faced with some strange blacky-purple thing that seemed to ooze darkness. Ignoring Riku's advice, which I'm glad I did looking back on it, I ran straight into the portal type thing. I regretted it instantly...
My stomach lurched as I seemed to fall. I ended up looking up at a massive skyscraper. I thanked god I didn't end up on the top when I traveled here. I mean, how would I have got down? Would I have down the middle of it? My trail of thought was interrupted when a joking voice popped up behind me. It was a voice from my childhood.
"Bad weather right? I mean come on it always rains around here but you didn't know that did you sis? " Lea walked in front of me; his hands resting behind his head. My face was full of shock.
"Lea what are you doing here I...I've missed you!" I took a small step forward towards my older brother. He regarded me with a smirk.
"Name's Axel now Bloom, and I think you're drenched from your red hair right to your little green boots. I have an idea! Come on, let's go steal you some clothes from Larxene's room"
