Staring up at the Great Beast Kyuubi gives one a sense of true perspective. The Fourth Hokage fought off the aura of fear, doubt, and undiluted rage that the Beast carried, brought his thumb to his mouth, and bite down to begin summoning the boss Gamabunta.
An echo of intent manifested onto the tapestry of reality. Trij'nimll'qur of the Nine Beings took note of this echo and turned its attention towards the source.
Completing the 256th hand-sign of his self-made Kami of Death summoning/Binding jutsu, the Fourth Hokage slammed his hands unto the stomach of his son. As the glyphs and kanji spread out, he spared a glance at the Kyuubi, and met it's gaze.
The intent originated from a bright fragment, positioned atop of a banished spirit. Trij'nimll'qur was aware of the thread that the fragment attempted to commune with; it was the essence of He Who Decides. Trij'nimll'qur met the fragment's visual knowing, and brought the gravity of its being to bare on the fragment's soul.
In the Kyuubi's gaze, Minato's soul saw peace, knew madness, and then shattered into a cascade of microscopic stars.
Trij'nimll'qur gained a knowing of a small fragment positioned beside the previous, now shattered, larger fragment. Trij'nimll'qur knew amusement. Trij'nimll'qur knew cruelty.
Just a quick one. No idea if this will go anywhere.
