This is my stab at poetry. Well, not exactly my stab; I have a co-author, a really good one. She's 0o0SchoolDaze0o0, formerly known as 0o0Summerlove0o0. She helped me with this poem, and I thank her deeply. U must read her fics; they're formidable. And I really mean this. I'm serious. I'm not saying this just cuz she made me her advisor; I'm saying this cuz I mean it. Well, I hope u enjoy our poetry, plz review; we wanna no if this is good.

A Poem on Fire

Oh, fire

You bring such desire

Volunteers everywhere want to know

Why you have such a luminous glow

Some volunteers have scientific guesses

While others think of nonsense messes

Everyone has a thought

And it cannot be bought

The thought I am talking about

Is that volunteers everywhere want to know

Why you have such a wondrous glow

Arsonists like Olaf think they have the solution

By making you glow, they cause pollution

And no volunteer knows why

They like to see you up in the sky

And also no volunteer knows

Why you have such a superb glow

But I, Lemony Snicket, believe I know the solution

Your glow, it's just a delusion

A delusion to hide your formidable light

All vivid, flamboyant, and bright

So now, I'm sure I know

Why you, fire, have such a mysterious glow
