I don't own The A-Team or have any rights to them. But you knew that already.

A/N I've discussed via PM my dislike of Tawnia with a few people here. Finally decided to do something about it. :)

"I couldn't believe what I was seeing, all I could do was stand and watch in a mixture of disbelief and horror," Face's voice was calm and even as paused to take a drink of the beer in front of him. He would have preferred wine, but wine and pizza just didn't make a good combination. Beer it was.

They were gathered at the Langley house for a late night dinner in the backyard. Face was trying to keep his audience of Hannibal, B.A., and Murdock interested enough to see their reactions.

"Well, Lieutenant? And where does the tall blonde come into this dream of yours?" Hannibal grinned at him, cigar in hand while finishing off his pizza.

Face laughed. "You're not going to believe this one. It was Tawnia."

"Tawnia?" Murdock choked as beer flew out of his nose. "Come on, Face, not even you would go for her. She was always way too..."

"Whiny, annoying, high maintenance" B.A. finished Murdock's sentence. "Man, she always got on my nerves even more than Fool here!"

"Oh, it gets better," Face was trying so hard to not laugh he actually had tears in his eyes. He looked around to make sure no one else could hear. Putting on his serious look, he whispered, "Frankie was driving the Vette with Tawnia beside him when suddenly the car crashed and went careening off a cliff, spontaneously exploded, and they landed in the shark infested ocean below." Face had to take a few deep breaths to compose himself before he continued with a simple, barely whisper, "They died, but I was just pissed about the Vette!"

Murdock ended up flipped upside down underneath the lounge chair, tears of laughter streaming down his face as he howled. Hannibal eyed Face and deadpanned "Why don't you tell us how you really feel, Face," then threw his head back and laughed, cigar still in place. B.A.'s massive shoulders shook as he giggled.

Face laughed along with the others. Frankie wasn't so bad, he knew, he had quite literally saved their lives, but they all had just barely managed to tolerate Tawnia for the short time she worked with them a few years ago. And perhaps, he realized, if swapping Tawnia stories occasionally helped to relieve the tension after a tough job, her time with them had been worth it.
