Donna was dying for a wee. The Doctor had just landed on an alien Satellite and proceeded to leave her all alone with a bunch of aliens who looked like space hedgehogs.
"Ooh, excuse me! Do you know where the bathroom is?" she asked a passer-by. It looked at her weirdly.
"You know, loo, piddly diddly department, toilet, hole..." she waved her hands, trying to elaborate. The little hedgehog practically clambered over its own feet to get away from her.
'Well, there must be signs somewhere?' Donna thought "Oh there they are!" The toilets looked just like regular Earth toilets, complete with hand dryers and soap. She rushed into the first cubicle and pulled down her pants.
'Holy Shit! Was that a..... Is that a.... penis?' Donna stared at the strange body part. 'Err!!' She poked it to make sure she wasn't dreaming. Nope, real. But where? Where did she get a..... dangly bit?? THe answer came in a flash. The Metacrisis; Apparently the Doctor's brain wasn't the only thing she ended up with.
"DOOOOOCTOOOOOR!!!!" She howled.
