"Please, pay attention." James wanted to stand up and say, no, yell to all of Hogwarts.

"And I still don't like your face." He would have said to a Hufflepuff he was looking at that he used to talk negatively about in the Gryffindor common room.

"Maybe what I said wasn't necessary, but I was being sarcastic. Besides you still laughed!" is what he would have told his brother, Al, who was mad at him, clear in the face, "All I wanted was to hear you laugh; it makes me feel better." James continued, "It just makes me a dumb human, like you" He thought looking over at Shawn Finnigin and rolling his eyes. "I don't have that pretty of a face, people have been sarcastic and it's still hurt inside, and it just makes me a human like you 'Finnie-boy'"

James started to think about what he had just thought, "If there weren't doors, I would have just said everything that I just thought. I'm going to knock them down." He then stood up to say, no, yell his thoughts. He woke the next morning a week later in the hospital wing not remembering anything from the morning Finnigin launched himself towards James.

"I will never make a scene at breakfast again, and doors are very great things!"
