After the attempts of Katniss Everdeen and the district 13 failed attempts to stop the hunger games and to fight back against the capitol we decided to show no mercy during these games. The rebellion decided to make me give these games a special twist and a sudden jolt of sunrise for the capitol and all the districts. But the sad part is that district 13 will know have to be included in this year's games and for on in every other games. I just know during these games if president snow was still here and not dead he would have loved them.
I decide I want to make an announcement to the capitol and districts so that they can know that the reaping and games are about to begin and i hope that they become happy because there is going to be the biggest twist this year.
Has I walk up to the camera i say" All capitol citizens they 76th annual hunger games are about to begin, after the failed attempts by the districts and the murder of our old president snow we are going to make these the best games we can has possible and the bloodiest ones also and I just know that all of you will enjoy these games."
I walk away from the camera slowly knowing that the choices of this year are going to be great.
