Good As I Was To You
The morning after AJ was born, Jordan rang Harm's doorbell. She had made up her mind, she had to talk to him. When he didn't answer, she walked in his house, to his bedroom. He was waking up, arm falling over the female Marine lying next to him. Jordan thought back to a song she had heard that morning.
She drove up to the restaurant where they used to dine. He was sitting at the table with someone new this time. She walked up right beside him, her face did not turn red. She looked at him so calmly and this is what she said.
"Good as I was to you, is this the thanks I get? Is everything we shared so easy to forget? Does this mean that you've won? Are you finally having fun? Is she your dream come true? She won't ever be as good as I was to you."
Harm's alarm radio went off then. Mac woke up, saw Jordan, and realized what had happened. She started to say something, but Harm stopped her.
The room got awfully quiet. Everybody stared. Finally the waiter said, "Should I bring another chair."
Mac reached over and turned the radio off. Jordan spun around and left. She halted halfway out, turned to Mac and said, "You can have him, I don't want him anymore," then left.
Does this mean that you've won? Are you finally having fun? Is she your dream come true? She won't ever be as good as I was to you.
Disclaimer: I own the idea of Mac and Harm sleeping together, but nothing else. The song is by Don Schlitz and Billy Livsley. JAG PTB own Mac, Harm, AJ, and Jordan, obviously, or Jordan would be dating Harm instead of Renee.
