President Vitrus surveyed the cheering crowd of capitolites, a sea of oranges,pinks and blues. Vitrus stepped up onto the podium and as he tapped the microphone the crowd fell silent.
"Hello and welcome to the announcement for the 200th annual hunger games twist!"
Said the president, the crowd greet this with a roar of approval.
A small boy with curly blonde hair and gorgeous blue eyes scurried up the stage and plucks a gold envelope with the number 200 on it from the box he is carrying and hands it to the president. The president takes the envelope from the boy and opens it.
"For this year's twist children from ages 6-12 will be reaped instead of the usual 12-18." The crowd falls silent and even the president is dumbfounded by this new rule.
