Someone's thoughts

Family Feud was playing when Kagome walked in. Inuyasha was sitting on his bed watching the TV intently.

"Hi Inuyasha." Kagome said trying to get his attention.

"Hi Kagome." She got the autopilot welcome in return.

She raised her eyebrow and watched Inuyasha as she took of her coat and scarf.

"Church." He said.

"What?" Kagome asked in the middle of untangling her hair from her scarf.

He glanced at Kagome. "The question is, where is a place that you should never swear. I said church."

They both looked at the TV. The man was talking, "Is church on the board?" A bell went off as a screen went up.

"Church is correct!"

Kagome smiled. Funny how nobody knows that the big bad Inuyasha's favorite TV show is Family Feud.

Kagome made her way over to the bed, plopping down in front of Inuyasha, making him look at her. He gave her a look, a 'why would you do such a horrendous thing' look. She smiled and turned her back to him, leaneing into him. He put his arms around her and pulled her into his lap and looked at the TV.

"School" Some one on the TV said.

"That's correct!" The host shouted.

"Daycare." Kagome said, snuggling into his chest.

"Daycare? No." Inuyasha said.

"And why not? School is already taken or I would say preschool." She gave Inuyasha a look; duh. "Anything with kids."

"I refuse to believe that Daycare is on the board."

"Now you're being stubborn."

The both looked at the TV. The turn had been past to the other family.

"The park?" The girl asked.

A huge X came across the screen.

"No!" The host shouted. "Let's see what's left on the board." A pause happened and all was quiet. "Home and Daycare!"

Inuyasha fell back yelling, "What!"

Kagome smiled as she fell back along with her support. "Told ya!"

She turned to face Inuyasha but he grabbed her in a hug and kissed her nose.

"Show off."

"Oh no, I'm just better than you."

Inuyasha stared at her. She had said it in such a serious voice. Kagome smiled at him and turned back to the TV.

"Mustang." She said.

End
