Cloud tossed and turned he couldn't stop thinking about it. About him. It had been months since the incident with Kadaj's gang and Sephiroth's temporary revival, and yet he couldn't get him out of his head. It didn't matter if he was his enemy, or that he hated everything he'd done and what he stood for. To Cloud's traitorous body all that mattered is that he had been there and he had been so damn close and why hadn't he reached out andohgod- "Well, isn't this interesting?"a familiar voice murmured. Cloud jerked up in his bed wildly looking to the windowsill at the slowly materialising figure. "Y-your not real, your just a figment of my imagination, nothing but a-a damn memory!" Cloud rasped out. " Oh Cloud, don't you remember? I'll never be just a memory." Sephiroth purred now standing in all his glory. He gave Cloud a smouldering look before stalking towards him on his bed much like a predator stalking after his prey.
