Alice.
The floresent lights in the bathroom glared harshly against the tiled countertop She took a deep breath and then with her right hand lifted the razor blade and in a sure movement dragged the blade horozontally across her left wrist. She reveled in the pain, the only thing that could lift her from the bottom of the pit let her know she could still feel,
At 13 she would cry herself to sleep everynight, this world had no future for her. Of course there were happy times when she was younger like when her dad would laugh and dance with her and when her and her mom would bake cookies in the kitchen laughing away hours together, But all that was ruined when her father decided to sleep with some fucking whore from his bank! She felt like her life was ruined, her heart ripped out and stomped on by the very man she had depended on for everything. From then on she was starved for male attention and as she got older she would fall in love but each time she was rejected, it never ceased to hurt. Then in her depression she started to cut, have thoughts of suicide, of the blessed relief that death would bring.
At 15 she was proud of her scars they were proof of her pain, her only relief, the pain letting her know she could still feel that she was still there even if she was just a shell.
Now as a young woman of 16 nothing had changed her friends rejected her, her mother was killed by a drunk driver she had nothing to live for except her Jasper but how could he love her with her scars and her crushed heart? he never could .
At 17 she stood on top of the cliff looking down at the black waves as she got ready to jump she balenced on the ege for once in her life happy, the pain was finally going to end! She pushed herself off the cliff feeling the wind blowing her hair against her face, "Goodbye Jasper" she whispered right before she hit the black water for one moment she felt the freezing cold water envelope her and then nothing, her pain was finally ended.
On May 28th 2010 Mary "Alice" Brandon died. Her body was found washed up on the shore later that day, finally the poor girls suffering was ended.
