This is set in the same events that took place at the beginning of 1x10 Ellcrys. I just changed some of it. I binge watched the entire 1st season in 2 days. It was that good! Plus I became a Princess Rover shipper along the way. Actually since the beginning. Just wanted to change the events of an episode I thought needed a little more of Eretria and Amberle.
Amberle has just emerged from the Bloodfire and reunited with Wil and Eretria as they embrace in a tight hug.
"Hey, what happened in there." Wil said.
Amberle is taken aback, not wanting to reveal the truth.
"It's hard to explain." Is all she can manage to say.
"But you have the seed?" With a look of worrisome on Eritrea's face.
Amberle looks to her and simply nods in agreement.
"But the last leaf has fallen in Arborlon. The Dagda Mor is free."
All three of them are frantically looking for a way out from this maze of a tunnel. With their tortues lit up to guide their way.
"Anyone remember how to get out of this place?" Said Wil as he urgently walks with the others.
"I'm working on it." Eretria says as she paces faster and faster hoping she remembers the way out when the map was printed on her.
"And when we do, how do we get back to Arborlon?"
"Nobody said it was going to be easy, princess."
All three of them suddenly stop and turn around to hear roaring in the distance.
Amberle screams to them, "RUN!"
They all run as fast as they can towards an old worn gate. Figuring out how to open it. Wil approaches the gate and tries to lift it with all his might, it won't budge. Amberle see's a latch towards the side of the gate. She tries to turn it. It won't.
"Wil, help me!" She calls to him.
Wil rushes to her side, and starts turning the latch. To their surprise it works and the gate door slowly rises towards them getting out of there. Eretria turns and notices the roars are getting closer and closer.
"We have to got!"
All three head under the slightly open gate, Eretria tries to pull on the gate.
"Help me close this thing!" As she pulls down hard on the gate.
The others help her but it won't close.
"It's stuck." Amberle says as she tries and tries to pull it down.
"Just leave it, we can outrun them!" Wil lets go of the gate.
Eretria knows that they won't get far and runs under the gate.
"What are you doing?!"
She's come face to face with one of the trolls and throws one of her knifes to his head, killing him instantly. She picks up his axe and runs to the latch and cuts the chain holding the gate up. It falls to the ground again, leaving her inside and separated from the others.
"I bought you sometime, use it!"
"You can't do this, we have to go back together." Amberle says as she holds tight the gate that separates her from Eretria.
Eretria approaches Amberle who's trying to lift the gate up.
"Stop." Eretria places her hand on hers.
Amberle looks to Eretria with tears forming in her eyes.
"I won't go without you. We have to do this together." Amberle's voice breaks.
"I should have kissed you back in that bath." Eretria says as tears slowly run down her cheeks.
But before Amberle could say anything, Eretria crashes her lips with hers. Catching the princess off guard. But soon after, Eretria breaks the kiss.
"Now go!" Eretria says as more of the trolls start storming the room.
Wil grabs a hold of Amberle and both run out, Amberle looks back to see Eretria fighting off the trolls.
