Chapter 1: Same Mistakes
Katniss had to get ready.
She brushed her hair and also her teeth aand then went outside in the sunlight that made her hair all glowy and pretty.
It was the day of the raping and everyone was walking to the middle of town so thta they could watch and they were all walkifng down the sidewalk and the road, but that wasnt dangerous bc their werent any cars so noone got hit.
The sky was the color of a blue jolly rancher and the clouds looked like fluffy bunnies skiping across a swimming pool except the swimmig pool would hav e to be epmty or else they would drown. The breez ruffled the dress Katniss was wearign. The dress was light teal and had lace at the bottom, with ruffles and poofy things on the sleeves. The buttons on it wer shaped like hipster lady bugs.
"Katniss!'
Katniss turned aroundn and there wa s Gale!
"Gale!" she sad
She noticed that gale was looking rlly smexy today and started blushing becas she new that he also thought she was sexy.
"wow is that a new dress?" gale asked, his forest green eyes gazing at her and his black hair blowing in the wind. He looked kind if like an Hollister model.
"No" Katniss laffed "Its a old one but do you like it?"
"Yes I do, you look so sexy" Gail's eyes were beatiful like the sky and Katniss could see her self relefted in them. She looked so good.
Katniss didnt know waht to say so she ran away and Gale was sad but Katniss didnt care bc she would probs see him in the forest later ( if u kno what i mean ;))))
Their was a big crowd gathered in the town triangle (i dont like squares bc ppl say your such a square and triangls r so much cooler lolol)
A stage was at the front and on the stage was Scott Disick (the 1 from keeping up with the kardashians omg luv them!) except Katniss didnt know that becasue she though it was Effie sicnce Scott was dressed up in a fab pink tutu with pink ribbons on it and a pink leotard and he had a pink curly wig as a disguys.
When everyone had was assemblied in the triangle, Lord Disick started to talk about how the reping was nesessary and Katniss made her hands into fists becasuse she s mad.
"Everyone at the capital gets very board. Watching children fight to the deaht is fun and keeps us enterntainted, so dont worry, you'll be dying for a good cause!" Lord Disick said encorugingly
Katniss couldnt take it anymore so she run up on to the stage and punched him in face.
"HOW DARE YOU" screamed Lord Disick.
He grabed a bowl full of little folded up paper and pulled one out. Even thouh it said 'Koolaidrea Simmons", he yelled
"KATNISS EVERDEEN!"
Then Lord Disick backflipped off the stage and flew into the air usig the jetpacks he kept on the botom of hisshoes which were actually pink high heels since he was dressed up like effie. As he went into the skky he did and evil laff and said "LATER, PEASANTS!" Everyone gapsed beacuse then they new that he was Scott Disick and they were suprized.
But Katniss didnt care about that anymroe.
She was going to be in the Hunger Games.
