Godzilla vs. Asteroids

Yoshizilla-Rhedosaurus: This seems like a rather strange combination, wouldn't you say?
Godzilla, Rodan, and King Ghidorah were all on Monster Island with the sunset transcending into the night, watching the sky as something odd was occurring.
"You know, I have never notice how bright the sky has gotten around here during the night," Godzilla pinpointed as he folded his arms together.
Rodan nodded his head in agreement. "Well, it seems to be that way when there are meteor showers. I mean, normally I would be scurrying the sky right now just to see what is up."
"Then why don't you go and do it?" Ghidorah suggested as he spoke with his middle head as usual, all three of his heads turning to Rodan. "Instead of just chilling down here?"
Rodan stretched his wings as he blinked, shaking his head. "Hey, even an airborne creature needs to have some rest." He admitted bluntly.
Suddenly, a bright red object was seen in the air, with it hurtling towards Monster Island. Godzilla, Rodan, and Ghidorah all squinted, to see that it was a burning ufo, with it crashing into the peak of the tallest mountain, causing a bright, fiery explosion.
"What the hell was that!?" Rodan exclaimed as he shook his head.
Ghidorah looked up at the starry night sky, his eyes on all three of his heads widening. "Ehh, guys... I think this is no ordinary meteor shower..."
Godzilla and Rodan looked up, both gasping in shock to see that there were giant meteors hurtling right towards the planet, with all of them burning brightly.
