Meet Jaime Stern the child of Ulrich and Yumi. Jaime was born in Japan and lived with both her mom and dad until Ulrich dies with Jaime at age 15 shuting herself away from the world as she feel like she is alone.
4 weeks after Ulrich's death Yumi and Jaime move to near kadic academy.
Jaime: I miss japan mommy
Jaime is walking into the school with her mom.
Yumi: I know sweetie. But its not japan is it.
Jaime: I miss daddy.
Yumi leads her child to her first class maths with Mrs Belpois and askes if she can stay to make Jaime feel happier.
Jaime stuggles with reading the english but yumi helps her
Jamie: Mīra. Korehanani o itte iru nodesu ka? (Mummy. What does this say?)
Yumi: Sore wa iu. 6-Ri no tomodachi to 24-ri no okashi ga areba. Dō yatte kyōyū shimasu ka? (It says. if you have 6 friends and 24 sweets. how will you share it)
Jaime works on the problem its not her fault she reads in only Japanese.
Aelita: how is she doing?
Yumi: shes doing well but next time can you put her paper in Japanese.
Aelita: sure I will do that. How is life?
Yumi: Ulrich died 4 weeks ago.
Aelita has no idea what to say she hasn't seen Ulrich since Yumi was preganant and now his gone leaving behind his wife and child.
Aelita: I didn't know. Im so sorry.
Yumi: She misses him the most.
Aelita helps her other students incluing her own son Alex who is 13.
