Harry and Ginny's Wedding
It was a beautiful summer morning, today was the day when a young red haired girl would become the wife of a famous black haired orphan. These two were deeply in love. After the skin soothing proposal at sunset months ago, the day finally came.
The couple planned to have a magical wedding, since none of them were muggles, children of muggles or knew any muggles (except Hermione's parents). Mrs. Weasly and Mrs. Granger had decorated the previous wedding (Ron and Hermione's). So they planned to decorate this one too. It wasn't a church that these two were going to be wed in; it was on the Quidditch yard of the Hogwarts castle. Ginny and Harry's guest list consisted of people who were only wizards and witches, and old Hogwarts friends.
Mrs. Weasly had gotten some candles from the great hall to float around on this memorable day. Mrs. Granger just laid the gigantic path which was going to place where Ginny would walk until she'd reach Harry. also covered the bleachers in a red cloth to make it look more romantic.
Ron and Hermione were their too, back from their 6 day honeymoon in Paris. Hermione wore a summer dress that was yellow and baby blue in color and Ron wore a tuxedo.
As guests sat on the bleachers, Harry stood in at the center of the field waiting for his beloved. He wore a black suit. Ginny came on to the Quidditch grounds and stood next to Harry. She was wearing a long red gown with black designs all over. Harry and Ginny made a new way of getting married. They would stand in front of each other, and then read a small paragraph about anything the wish to tell.
Known people watched Harry slip out a small piece of paper from his pocket. He then began to read:
Dear Ginny,
When I first saw you, I felt like a tree. I couldn't move at all, for my roots would get of the soil. I so deeply thinking of you that I had forgotten how to move. Ginny, you are the love of my life, the prettiest, kindest and bravest person I've ever met. Your talented and make me who I am, without you, there would be no me. I feel like the luckiest man in the world, getting married to you right now. I truly and happily love you.
Ginny's eyes began to water. She felt her heart shrink. All the guests clapped. Then Ginny read the pink piece of paper she held in her hand.
Harry Potter,
I am so happy today; I am going to be the wife to a great a wizard of Hogwarts. You complete me. Your grin brings serenity to my heart, your eyes bring happiness to mine, your hands always comfort me and you are always there for me. I love you Harry, and I always will!
Ginny smiled and so did Harry. Once more the guests clapped. Harry slowly dug his hand into Ginny's shocking red hair, and Ginny put her hands on Harry's cheeks. They finally kissed for 5 seconds and then turned around and started to wave to the guests. Everyone cheered.
After all that, people ate food and went back home. Ginny, Harry and the Weasleys, that night, celebrated their wedding and unpacked the presents. Ginny and Harry had also gotten a house similar to Ron and Hermione's as a wedding gift from the Weasleys. Harry had bought a small car for them too. Honeymoon tickets were bought by Hermione and Ron. They were heading to Italy for a week next week.
It was a great wedding day and a strange way of getting married, but at the end two love birds finally ended up with each other…forever!
