You sighed as you finished tying the bow in your (H/C) hair. Today was your birthday, and you were invited to celebrate at Roderichs house by the king of all idiots, Gilbert. "Don't be late~!" you recalled. "Otherwise, no beer and cake for you!" He said, followed by his trademark laugh. You hated Gilbert, but, come on...Free cake... As you walked down the stairs, you noticed your older brother, Kodi, having trouble with his tie. A smile tugged at your lips as Kodi struggled to fix his tie. You walked over to him. "You need help?" you asked, as you started properly tying his tie. "Yeah, thanks koala!" he said, smiling at you. Your father, Aurthur, came down the stairs. "Are you two re-" He stopped. He had never seen his daughter looking so beautiful. "My stars, (Y/N)... You look smashing..." He said. You smiled at him. "Aw! Thanks pop!" Finally, after all was said and done, you all hopped in the car, and headed to Roderichs house. When you arrived, you noticed the front gates were wide open, which was unusual, seeing as Roderich seemed to be a rather quiet celebrator (though, you cant say that about him and his piano). As you made your way inside, a slow song started playing. Everybody quickly scrambled to find a partner. All except for Roderich, who was standing on the sidelines. you noticed this, and slid up next to him. You grabbed his hand, intertwining your fingers with his. His face turned a fierce red. "Wh-what are you doing...?" "I was just about to ask you..." you started,"would you like to join me in this dance?" He blinked, then proceeded to the dance floor, you following behind. When you two had found the perfect spot, he slid his hands from your hands to your waist. You had put your hands on his shoulders, and the two of you began to dance. Near the end of the dance, Roderich pulled you close, your head resting on his chest. You smiled as you listened to his steady heartbeat. "(Y/n)?..." He said. "Huh-what? Oh, yes Roderich?" you looked up at him. "I...I just wanted to let you know...Ich liebe dich*...And... I want you to be mine..." He looked away, blushing. You pulled his face to look back at yours. you gently kissed him. "I would like that very much..." you said, as you rested your head back on his chest. Roderich lowered his head, kissed your head, smiled, and whispered,"Thank you...(Y/N)..."
