Emma inhaled the fresh air slowly. She wanted to absorb every last taste of oxygen before her body succumbed into darkness. She had no idea how this was going to work. Arriving in Neverland had been scary, terrifying even. And to make matters worse, she was not on good terms with most of the people on the boat who came with her. Oh who was she kidding. Emma only had her parents for company and even though she had called them mom and dad, not all of her walls had been taken down. But now, for sure, she knew all of her walls were gone.

Finding Henry had been a dream come true. She could not describe the feeling of pure joy to anyone. She just had to say it was how a parent would feel after being separated from their child. Her mother and father smiled and nodded, after all, they knew exactly how she felt.

Peter Pan and Tamara and Greg had been another problem. But with Gold and Regina working right along her side, they were able to vanish the three of them into a void so they would never be found again.

Once they had taken down their enemy's, the hope of returning back to Storybrooke grew strong. Unfortunately, they didn't call it Neverland for nothing. So Belle had grabbed a magic bean and transported herself into Neverland to be with the gang. Emma had to admit, Belle was wonderful company. She was one of those people who made you feel like you were the most important person in the world. During Emma's long conversations with the brunette beauty, Emma often found herself thinking about the love of her life, Neal.

Neal was exactly like Belle. He had a positive outlook on life. He believed that everything happened for a reason, and if you tried hard enough, you could overcome anything. God, did she miss him. Henry missed him too. There were times when Emma would tell herself that he was still alive, hopefully somewhere in the Enchanted Forest with Aurora and Mulan. But then she would roll her eyes at her stupidity and give herself a lecture about bullet wounds in the chest and how they were fatal without the proper medical care. Even if Neal managed to overcome the blood loss, soon, the wound would have ended up infected.

Just as Emma was about to close her eyes and enter her sleep resting on the beach with Henry snuggled into her side, she heard a large gust of wind and the sound of a body plopping to the ground. She darted towards the noise. She had her father's sword in her hand and she was ready to take on the enemy.

"Freeze!" She shouted towards the tall figure trying to regain its balance.

"Ems?" A gruff voice questioned joyfully. Emma felt the sword slip out of her grip against her will. Emma's knee's bended forward as she felt her body slam towards the ground in shock. Could it be? Oh yes it was. Right in front of Emma, stood Neal Cassidy. The father of her child. The love of her life.

"Neal," She sobbed as she jumped into his arms. Neal gripped her tight and spun her around in a circle before crashing his lips against his. "Oh my lord," She sobbed into his chest. "How? How?"

"Mulan and Aurora and Prince Phillip." He smiled at her like she was his sun.

" I love you." Emma blurted out.

Neal's face softened. "I love you too. And I swear, I'm not going to leave you… not again. You and Henry are my world. I'm here for you both- forever."

Emma smiled and gripped his hand. "Good thing Cassidy, because we have an adventure to go on tomorrow."

"And what is that?" He questioned.

"We're going to go find the Lost Boys agnd begin our quest to getting the hell off of this island."

"Sounds like a plan." Neal said as they walked hand and hand back to the campground to go wake their son.
