Yay! I'm back. I'm so sorry that Beloved Reunion was so late, but my computer isn't in good terms with me right now. Plus since I don't have to compete in Speech & Debate this weekend, I have to go and help out whoever is, and start selling snacks since my school is hosting.
Anyway...another Inu/Kag poem. Or whatever you want to call it.
Shutting up now.
XxXThe Late AfternoonXxX
That late afternoon,
I nervously look at the clock
Rain begins to pour as I go out
Another day without the sun.
Across the street I see,
That memory of a love,
So long ago...
He doesn't see me.
Keeps walking among the sea of people.
It's been some time, when he left me standing here.
And I remembered once more...
And I went through everything I knew,
And found that corner,
In which I stored all those memories,
Of you...so long ago.
I wish to re-live that day,
In which we forgot about everything
And we watched as the sky turned red,
And the sun began to dip.
He was lost among those people,
And I found myself lost among them as well.
And now I remember that late afternoon so well.
And I want to know,
If you as well as I
Remember that coffee...
That late afternoon.
And sometimes I wait,
Without understanding...
If you returned to me,
On you're own free will.
And I know,
That as I had those memories of you in that corner,
You had them playing over your mind,
Over and over.
All in that one late afternoon.
Okay...another quickie.
Now don't be afraid...leave a comment good or bad. They'll all help me sooo much (I sound like my English professor)
Thank you for reading.
Leucothea.
