CHAPTER ONE

to a different dimension!

Today it was beautiful out, Sonic couldn't deny that. The sun was shining, the breeze was somewhat chilly and there had been no eggman all day, At least, no eggman for 3 days. Where was he?

Sonic could have been enjoying this day if Amy hadn't been chasing him around all freaking day. He hated the way she actually tought she had a chance with him.

'psshhh! yeah right! that'll never happen in a million years!' tought Sonic to himself.

"Sonic! STOP RUNNING AWAY!" cried out the small pink hedgehog. "hmph!"

Then Sonic popped out of nowhere.

"psshh! you think you're miserable? at least you don't get chased by a pink PSHYCO with a hammer every second of your life!" yelled out the blue hero.

"GRAAHHHHHH!" cried out Amy as she slid her hammer against Sonic's head.

"missed me!" Said Sonic in a playful tone.

then he ran back to his house.

"oh Sonic," said Amy in sort of a whisper "why don't you love me?"

"whew!" Sonic sighed in relief.

He looked around the house, Tails wasn't home. Oh well. He walked towards the fridge and grabbed an apple. He took a big bite and noticed there was a note on the table.

"Dear Sonic:" it read, "I'm currently at the workshop right now, I have come up with an invention that will interest you a bunch! come meet me at the workshop at 8:00, or atleast after you get home!

Love, Tails"

An invention of interest to me? boy this had to be good.

As Sonic walked to the workshop. which wasn't further than 2 miles and a half, He stumbled upon Eggman just sitting there on the streets. He tried not to be noticed, but Eggman found him right away. Eggman looked strange... Why were his glasses broken? Why was his mustache drooped? Why was he pale? Heck, this wasn't even eggman. It was robotnik.

"Long time, no see!" Said Sonic teasing at the Dr.

'why isn't he talking back? what's wrong with the guy?' As Sonic approched him, He jumped up and Scratched his face.

Sonic howled in pain as the blood dripped from his face. He had gotten blood all over his gloves now.

The Dr. went in for another hit ,but Sonic was too busy rubbing his wound, And Sonic collapsed to the ground screaming and pleading for mercy.

What was he doing?! this wasn't like him! heck, by now he would have beaten the crap outta him.

He tried to hit him back but he couldn't move, he was paralyzed. as if with poison from the Dr.'s claws.

He then saw the Dr. going in for the kill streak as his eyes widened and shed a tear.

As soon, as the Dr. slit his throat, he woke up with an "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! crap,"

He realized he had just had a nightmare after stupidly deciding to take a nap after watching a horror movie, while he stll had 5 hours to spare 'till he went to the workshop.

heck, now he only had 15 minutes left to get there, so he decided to run there.

He almost got there fast on time, with 10 minutes to spare!

"Sonic, You're here!" chirped the little fox excitedly. "ready to see what I made?"

"Sure thing!" Said the Blue Hero, "what is it?"

"It's a portal! It'll transport you to another dimension. I'm not sure where. But the people there aren't even our kind! Better yet! They're humans!" Announced the little fox.

"awesome! Can I test it out?!" Said the blue hero.

"well..." sighed Tails.

"Please?"

"allright, fine! Are you sure you'll be safe out there? Don't make any dangerous risks!" Said the Fox with worry.

"oh, Tails. When will you learn? 'Dangerous risks' are my middle name!" Said The blue hedgehog with a smug look on his face.

"Oh boy, were in big trouble..."

The little kitsune pulled he switch and off he went.
