Ch2 Stalker is always watching, little love for Red
As our story begins we are in the small village of Kelato, a Chocobo farming town. In Kelato, near the chocobo farm, there was a pretty white mage by the name of Umi. She was holding a baby chocobo who was cuddling up to her to go to sleep. She smiled softly at it while an unnoticed man approached. "Hey you, pretty girl! Give us your wallet or we will kill you and take it!" A bunch of other men stepped out from behind the stables. "C'mon bitch!Hurry up and give us your wallet!" The leader pulls out a sword and swings it at Umi but purposefully misses. "please leave me alone! I-i have done nothing to you. J-just go away!"
A young man who was in the bushes watching stared at the beautiful girl "Umi……..I will save you and maybe……you will finally believe I truly love you……." He snuck around to the stables and he saw they were about to attack her. He jumped out from behind the stable and yelled, "Leave Umi alone!!" The men turn around to see who had yelled out against there plan. "Get him and kill him boys while I finish with the girl." The men lunge at the young man dressed in red and they miss with their first flurry of attacks. "K-Kala! What are you doing h-here?!" " Rescuing you! " Kala dodges the second assault and launches his own assault of black magic. "Fire! Thunder!" The fire hits one of the men and burns through him instantly. The lightning from the other spell strikes and fries another of the men. The two that are left look at their fallen comrades and make a run for it. Their leader sees what Kala did and draws his blade again. "You will pay dearly for what you have done to my men! " He lunges at Kala who has drawn his dagger and blocks the attack from the leader. "How are you able to defend with that flimsy thing!?" "I used a spell called Protect before I even entered battle so you can't hurt me for a while with your poor blade skills!" "Son of a bitch! I'll kill you ! " "Blizzard!" Ice crystals form all around the leader's body and freeze him solid. Kala, with one slash from his dagger, shatters the ice into hundreds of pieces.

Kala unties Umi and helps her regather her things.. "Umi, don't you see? I do love you." "N-no Kala, you don't. You're always stalking me and waiting for something to happen………" Kala looks away and when he looks back he notices tears welling up in Umi's eyes. "Umi, what's wrong?" "Kala, you are very sweet but I can't love you, not after what you did……." "Please Umi! I have changed. I'm not like that anymore. " Tears stroll down Umi's face and she approaches him. She kisses him on the cheek and runs away. "Umi…………..you do love me just, you won't accept it." Kala walks home and prepares to pay a visit to Umi's house.
