"This isn't justice…" Doflamingo laughed nonchalantly - completely unaffected by the bloodshed . "It's a massacre, my dear boy."

He stood up from the banister he was perched on and approached Law - and Law could've sworn his eyes flashed beneath his glasses. A trick of the light, maybe.

"Do you think I care about justice? Justice is simply a word that can be used to warrant horrific actions."

The young teen crouched down as he listened attentively to his mentor's words- unsure what to make of them but curious none the less. Doflamingo was always handing him useful information as it was Law's duty to follow in his footsteps.

"It's a word that's thrown around so easily; a word no one ever really bothers to question." Doflamingo spoke as he circled Law - making the young teen feel trapped and singled out.
Law stood up, not liking how small he felt at Doflamingo's feet. The man towered over him when he was standing -but crouching, Law was like a small animal ready to be stepped on and crushed beneath Doflamingo.

Doflamingo snaked an arm around Law's neck, locking him close- his mouth in Law's left ear - reminding the boy of those shoulder devils he'd read about in the books of Doflamingo's library. They always sat on the left shoulder, but Doflamingo was no devil; he was Law's guide who aimed to make Law strong and capable.
Law didn't understand why such negative thoughts came to him. Doflamingo had only ever been good to him. Only ever been good.

"You can do whatever you like, as long as you claim it's some form of justice. Some form of payback for past evil done to you."Doflamingo's free hand wrapped around Law's waist and he was now curled around the teen like a snake who was ready to squeeze and strangle its prey.

Without warning, he let go of Law and the boy somehow felt vulnerable once he left Doflamingo's embrace.

"Isn't that manipulation"? Law inquired, turning to face his mentor. The only answer Law received was the faint and dull laughter of a leaving Doflamingo. He knew the man would speak no more on the topic.
