It was my first day at work. I had obtained a job working at Wonka's in the administration department. Sitting in the chocolate room at lunchtime was when I first saw him. I was totally memorized I couldn't stop looking at him. He saw me looking at him and I hid behind the closest candy cane tree. He laughed sweetly and introduced himself. We couldn't keep our eyes off each other. He asked that I join him for lunch everyday. Willy was delighted that I loved the factory like he did and that we thought along the same line in many areas of life. As our courtship was short Willy asked me to marry him in December. I went to dinner with him, in the middle of the chocolate room a table was set up for two with candles and fine dinning. Getting on one knee before dinner Willy proposed humbly "Thanh will you marry me", feeling like I was floating I said "Yes". Afterwards we hugged and had dinner.
News spread over the factory fast that we were to be married. Even the papers wanted to hear of who the new Mrs Wonka was going to be. We had the help of a wedding coordinator come to organize the wedding. My dress was made out of white chocolate I though Willy would like that. Willy wore a beautiful purple suit that was specially made. The suit was made from the best velvet so it was beautiful and soft to rub up against. A couple of week before the wedding was so busy I had my friends and family fly in from everywhere. There was family and friends from Australia, Lara Croft (who was my beautiful brides maid and best friend), with some of her friends from England and last but not least Phoebe, Paige, Leo and Piper (and her son Wyatt and Chris) from America. Even Dr Wonka came too. The factory was a hub of activity and everyone stayed at the factory in the Gingerbread rooms and other guest rooms that we had. Being the bride I was not allowed to see my Willy. Those few hours seemed endless it was horrible I missed Willy so much and he missed me so much too. He kept calling me in the end I said "Darl we better get some sleep" Finally the big day came. We all dressed early and had breakfast. The wedding was held at midday it was beautiful and memorable. It was held in the chocolate room. Willy loved my dress he thought I looked beautiful. I thought he looked adorable in his suit. Everyone had fun at the reception it was so lovely.
The next day we headed for our honeymoon and everyone returned home. We went to a lovely tropical island it was so good to see Willy relax he did look tired poor man.
When we returned I gave up my job to spend more time with Willy. Sometimes I'd spend a day or so with him and Charlie while he taught Charlie and sometimes I would do other things. Go and visit family and friends, visit Paige and the other girls or visit Lara. My days were varied. But much of the time was spent by my husbands side making sure he looks after himself and just loving him. On our first year anniversary we went away for on a cruise, as Willy had never been on one. We had a wonderful time. Now days I often look over at Willy and tell him that I'm the luckiest girl forever marrying him. Simply he just gives me a gentle kiss as I melt in his arms and drown in his beautiful eyes……..
