The Mirror Me
A series of poems about each of the Titans. Reflected from their eyes and told from their negative views about themselves.

Raven
Mirror, mirror
Upon the wall
Who's
That
In the looking-glass?
Raven.
Crimson blood stained upon
A hard diamond gem
Dark azure-
Misery's color- Hair
Coal
With flashes of navy
Sort of like the inky depths
Of the galaxies-
The pain-throbbing places with no stars...
Windows of
Steeled marble
Waxened pallor skin
A cold little porcelain doll...
Who surrounds herself in
A cloak of bruiséd
Blue
With few other jewels
Adorning
And being the black
And scarlet
On pains
Bruised
Darkness parades on these garments...
Who has feelings
That
Cannot be fed
Feelings
Are bound up with
Strings
Just another empty heart...
Like the bird, true to thine name...
Robin says he comprehends
He says he feels that way
Too
Does he really?
Starfire says she will help, and that
Everything's actually going to be
Alright-
Thinks that I should
'Smile'
More: What's the point?-.
Does she really?
Cyborg gives regrets
For calling me petty names-
Creepy, Goth-Girl, Goth Queen, and Lil' Miss Darkness...-
That flare before thinking
Does he really?
And Beast Boy just apologizes
And says that he too,
Understands
Now.
Does he really?
Can they really understand?
No;
They don't
No other soul
On this weathered world
I reside on
At the time
Nor on my home planet
Torn
Really,
Fully,
Understands...
With a black-feathered quill I write
As the rest of us 'Goths' do...
Ebony trinkets stained with scarlet...
No pink and lavender for us...
On a flat tone I sneer
Happiness doesn't reside here...
Why should it,
All the time?
What's the point?
Happiness doesn't reside here...
On a blue luna I smile
Smiles are pointless
For me-
The girl with no heart-
Smiles are a waste of time
Smiles are really frowns
That are lost, anyways...
Mirror, mirror
Upon the wall
Who's
That
On the wall?
Read and Review- please? (Gets down on knees and begs pityingly)
