This is a poem I created now. It is a combination of two poems that I wrote a while back. The word "watching" in the title comes from a poem I wrote about me and my ex. and "Guiltily" is something I wrote for a English project for To Kill A Mockingbird. Anyways, it is supposed to represent Aiden and his want for Ashley after the prom when she chooses Spencer.
Watching Guiltily
Guilty, the inconsiderate boy—
Something he should be labeled as
Taking note of what they do.
But then again, he does not care
Desperately tying to break them apart
'Cause of his hate for the other lover…
The one she choose over him
Every touch. Every kiss.
They are nothing of what he thinks they are
More like two lovers in love, they are, in love,
But, he don't see it the way they do,
His eyes blind to the true facts of the story
And as strong as his manly arms,
Their love shall for never—
Be broken.
Shot dead…from the secret that has been told
Let the truth be told, then forgotten
'Cause in his mind it's all a lie
It doesn't matter—
They are stronger than him, two people who love to love.
Their love shining bright like the smile he pretends to show.
Every touch and every kiss,
He watches sadly, angrily, and hopeful
'Cause he just don't understand, understand that their
Love is real,
That he can't interfere
And anger pumping like venom
Fast like the speed of light
And when the truth is acknowledged
All hope is gone—
He is spinning al out of control.
And his hate forming in dark clouds,
Above him, anger crackling—
Like thunder
Flashing lights shuddering
Anger pumps through his veins
Strangling the two,
Like the hanging slaves from a tree
Hate—
For the other lover—
The one who she choose over him
Hope you all liked it, and by the way I'm new! I would so like to hear feedback, so yeah tell me what ya think. Harsh information invited too!
